I am sorry to hear of Sean's sad news.  I pray he will find peace.  From one who has experienced the same sadness I know how painful it can be.  Keep busy and find what makes you happy Sean.

Yes, Sean is getting a divorce. It is very sad news and I hope for the both of them things will be settled soon and in peace and quiet. I don't know either one of them, so I don't think there's any use in speculating. I just want Sean to be happy and as we are all his fans, I am certain everyone will agree with me.

Hey there Govi ,

Is it true what I read  - - Sean and his so called signifacate other is getting separated  - - -and divorced . I always thought she was too young for him. I got no problem with the age difference , it just didn't seem they would last , considering the way she is in public around the press. For someone who wants to be an actress, and she can't handle the public... well what can I say ! She wants to party and he doesn't . Some things aren't ment to be I guess. But I'm sure our boy will recover .

I feel that Sean Bean should have acted out the part of King Henry the Eighth in the Showtime Hit Series-
"The Tudors".  I felt that he would have looked more like King Henry the Eighth than Jonathan Rhys Meyers.

I have recently discovered the Sharpe series and I must say that these films are among the best of the type I have ever seen. I kn ew Mr. Bean from Lord of the Rings, National Treasure and Goldeneye and I am impressed by his range as an actor.

Dear David,

I would love to help, but am afraid I can't. I don't know Sean unfortunately. I can only advise you to write to Sean' s agent: :

Independent Talent and Literary

Oxford House

76 Oxford Street

LONDON, W1D 1BS

England

Please be aware that Sean is often out of the country, filming, for months at a time, and he receives an enormous amount of fan mail.

In the past Sean has responded with an autographed picture, however because of the volume of mail he receives, a response may not be possible, or may be very very delayed.

 Good luck, Govi

As you can see we have the same last name.  I have a son named Alex.  I try to get him anything that is Bean.  I would like to request an autograph for him to hang in his room to go along with the other items that I have got.  If you dont mind could you send him a signed photo.

His address is

Alex Bean

23 Sones Chaple Road

Carriere MS 39426

Thank you

David Bean

Pleased to find a website so informative. I had the pleasure of knowing and studying with sean whilst at Rotherham College of Arts & Technology in the 1980's - in productions such as: 'Arsenic & Old Lace', 'The Owl & The Pussycat', 'Murder At The Cathedral', 'Caberet', BBC Documentary 'Threads' by Barry Hines, 'The Wicked Lady' by Micheal Winner.

This bloke is one of the best actors that i have had the pleasure of watching. Originally in the BBC series of Sharpe based on Bernard Cromwells books, the family and i never tire of watching the few dvds of the series that we own. Also have started to read the Sharpe series. You are correct in saying that Sean is a very versatile and may i add a very likeable actor.
